Terms of service.
The ground rules for working with Viral Agency.
- The service
- Viral Agency plans, scripts, produces and — if you ask us to — posts video content for you. What's included, how many videos, the price and the notice period are set out in your proposal or order. If this page and your proposal disagree, the proposal wins.
- Approvals
- We send scripts and finished videos for your approval. Nothing is posted without your sign-off. Please review within the timeframe agreed in onboarding so your schedule doesn't slip.
- What you give us
- You confirm you have the right to everything you send us — footage, photos, logos, music, product claims — and that the facts and claims you ask us to include are accurate and allowed in your industry.
- Likeness and voice
- We build an AI twin or voice clone only after everyone featured signs a separate likeness and voice consent. It is used only for your content. You can withdraw consent at any time; we then stop using the models and delete them.
- Who owns the videos
- Once paid for, the finished videos are yours to use as you like. We won't show them as examples of our work unless you say yes in writing.
- Payment
- Fees and billing dates are in your proposal. If an invoice is overdue we may pause production until it's settled.
- What we won't make
- Content that is illegal, defamatory or deceptive; content that impersonates anyone without their consent; sexual content of real people; or anything that breaks the rules of the platform it's posted on. We may refuse or stop a project that asks for it.
- AI labelling and platform rules
- We label AI-generated content where platforms or the law require it, whatever your own disclosure preference. Platforms change their rules and algorithms; we can't guarantee reach, views or results.
- Ending the engagement
- Either side can end the engagement as described in your proposal. Work already approved and paid for stays yours; we delete your twin, voice models and source recordings as set out in our privacy & likeness policy.
