How Viral Agency handles your information, your face and your voice.

What we collect

The answers you give in onboarding (contact details, business information, links and preferences), and — only if you choose an AI twin — the recordings and photos you send us to build it.

Why we collect it

To plan, script, produce, post and report on your content. Nothing else. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to advertise to you.

Your likeness and voice

We never build an avatar or voice clone without a separate, signed likeness and voice consent from everyone featured. Your twin and voice are used only for your content, and we delete the models and source recordings on request or when we stop working together.

AI labeling

Some platforms require realistic AI-generated content to be labeled. We always follow those rules, whatever your disclosure preference.

Where it's stored

Onboarding answers are stored privately with our hosting provider. Production files live in access-controlled storage used only by the people working on your account.

How long we keep it

For as long as we work together, then up to 12 months for records and invoicing — unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
